Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with Blossom in the Beans, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions stated below. Any guests found to be breaching these conditions will be refused their booking in the first instance or asked to leave the site without a refund if the following regulations are not adhered too during your stay. 

Cancelation Policy

In the event that you have to cancel your booking with us, we are not able to offer a refund or change your dates for any reason. Including adverse weather that effects your travel. We advise all guests to take out their own travel insurance when staying with us. If you cancel your booking 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, we may be able to change your dates depending on availability which will incur an admin fee. We do allow you to sell your booking to family and friends, and we will happily amend guests details. In the event that Blossom in the Beans has to cancel your booking, we reserve the right to do so, we will notify you and make alternative arrangements directly with you.

Booking Policy Summary

The lead guest name on the booking must be 18 or over There is a strict no pets policy on our site, either staying or visiting We do not permit additional visitors to join you onsite other than those named on the booking Check-in is at 3pm onwards. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins in the peak season Check-out is at 11am on your day of departure Bed linen & towels are provided, but we do advise bringing additional towels for the hot tub We are a small glamping site, and ask guests to be respectful of their neighbours by keeping noise to an acceptable level and keeping the area clean and litter free To leave the pod & site in an acceptable, clean manner

No Shows

If you do not check-in on your booking date for any reasons we will not issue a refund, please check your dates and travel arrangements carefully before arriving. If you turn up on the wrong dates, we will not be able to accommodate you.

Travel Insurance 

We advise all guests to have insurance cover for your stay with us. Not only in case of a cancellation but also for any damage that may be caused during your stay.

Payment Policy

At the time of booking you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to your check in date. An automated email will be sent to you with details of how to pay the outstanding balance. If this payment has not been made within 6 weeks of your booking date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If you book your stay with less than 6 weeks to your booking date, you will be required to pay the balance in full at the time of booking.

Damage

In the case of damages to our pods, facilities or any of the site directly caused by your party, you will be liable to pay for the repair or replacement costs. Damage can include but not limited to: Water damage mis-use of property & items Smoke damage or cigarette burns Broken glass in or around the hot tub area including glass bottles If there are any damages or broken items please let us know before you check out.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

All pods are fully cleaned and the hot tubs cleaned and replenished before every new check-in. We do however ask guests to leave the pod & outdoor space in an acceptable clean manner before check out. This includes emptying all bins, washing up any used dishes and cleaning of any outdoor cooking equipment. A fee of £50 will be incurred if any pod is left in an unsatisfactory way.

Fire Pit & Grill

All fire pits & grills should only be used by a resposilble adult, and safety precautions should be adhered to at all times. We cannot take any resposibility for accidents around the fire pit and guests are liable for the safety precautions before lighting or cooking on the open flame. Only the fire pit provided is allowed to be used anywhere on the site. Only firewood purchased on site is permitted to be used in any of the fire pits. Coal is not allowed to be used as an alternative.

Parking

Each pod is allocated 2 parking spaces, additional parking should be disscussed with us prior to any bookings. The car park is a short walk from the pods, we do provide wheelbarrows to move your luggage around the site. If accessibility is an issue, please talk to us so that we can make alternative arrangements. We aim to preserve the greenery of our site, and therefore kindly ask guests to adhere to no cars around the glamping area.

Smoking

We have a strict no smoking policy in the pods, this includes tobacco or vaping products. Guests are allowed to smoke on the decking area, providing that they are disposed of in the ashtrays provided. Any cigarette ends found on the ground will be charged an additional cleaning fee. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THERE BE ANY SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOT TUBS.

Guest Sharing

Only those named on the booking are permitted to stay in the pods during your stay.

Stag & Hen Parties

We do allow stag & hen parties, if guests agree with our terms & conditions. We know not every celebration requires outrageous behaviour, however we do ask for a £25 per person additional security deposit.

Wheelchair Access

Our site is prodomintely level grass and stoned areas. Access to the pods does have small steps. We advise checking our images for accessibility and suitability for wheel chairs before booking.

Lost Keys

Any lost keys will be charged at £60 per set, to cover the cost of replacing the locking system.

Loss & Theft

Blossom in the Beans accepts no liability for lost or stolen items during your stay with us. We advise all guests have insurance cover for such instances.

Hot Tub Use

We have a strict NO GLASS and NO SMOKING rule in or around the hot tub. Do not take electrical items in or around the tub. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using the hot tub past 11pm. To reduce the noise that may effect fellow guests on site. We reserve the right to switch off the hot tub remotely if we feel these rules are not being followed accordingly.

Blossom in the Beans Site 

Please remove all rubbish from the pod and outdoor area in the bins provided at the entrance of the site. We kindly ask guests to leave the site as they found it on arrival. Please be respectful of your glamping neighbours privacy and keep your noise to a reasonable level. Have an amazing time!

Animal Welfare

We have a wonderful animal family onsite for everyone to enjoy. We are happy for guests to meet the animals and even get involved with helping to feed and pet them. If this something you would like to do, please let us know and we can arrange a time during your stay. We do ask that for your own safety and the animals that all children are supervised by an adult. Do not feed the animals unless supervised by a staff member. We do have 2 cockerels in the field, and 3 geese who can be quite noisy. So please be mindful of this when booking with us.

Fire Pit & Grill
