Check-in & Check-out
You are welcome to arrive from 3pm on your arrival date. Check-out is 11am on your departure day. During off-peak months these times can be flexible, please contact us to for details.
Fire Pit & BBQ
All of our pods feature a fire pit and grill for alfresco dining. We do expect our guests to use this facility safely & with caution especially around children. Fires are pre-stocked for the first use, additional wood can be purchased.

What to Bring
All pods come fully equipped with bed linen, kitchen ware, bathroom, hand towels, tea towels, cleaning supplies. Please bring additional towels for your stay and for the hot tub.
Hot Tub Rules
We want all our guests to enjoy the tubs, even the little ones, however, ALL children under the age of 8 should be accompanied by an adult in the tub. No glassware, open flames or sharp objects should be used in or around the tub.
Wi-Fi & Signal
At this time we do not provide Wi-fi on site. Our signal is fairly good in the area. Our hope is guests get back to basics and enjoy the surrounding area and facilities onsite.
Cleaning
We do clean our tubs & pods after every booking, however we do ask guests to leave the site in a reasonable state of cleanliness. All bins should be emptied and used kitchen items washed up. Cleaning supplies are included.
Food Deliveries
We are a self-catering site, food should be bought with you for your duration. There are a selection of supermarkets in the area, as well as take-aways. Full details can be found in your welcome pack in your pod on arrival.
Stag & Hen Do's
We are happy to accommodate for celebrations, however only responsible groups should consider booking with us. We are family run business, with family's as guests. Please check our T & C's that you are happy to comply with our site rules.
Welcome Gift
As a thank you for booking with us we will provide a welcome package of sugar, tea, coffee and milk. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements please let us know before you arrive so we can accommodate for you.
Parking
We have parking available onsite, a maximum of 2 cars per booking is allowed. The car park is a short walk from our pods, please use the wheel barrows provided to take what you need to your pod. If you require help please talk to us and we will help where we can.
T & C's
Before booking please read our terms & conditions carefully, we have rules and regulations you must adhere too for health and safety reasons to protect you and us during your stay.

Pets
At this time we do not allow pets onsite. We have an array of animals sharing our home with us. Their safety & welfare is of the upmost importance to us. We do allow guests to help feed and pet our animals, but only under the supervision of one of our staff.
